

History - Swartland Properties
Swartland Properties is a Property Investment Company that was registered in 1951.
It started as the Property Company for Swartland Group. Swartland Group owns Swartland Boudienste, which is the largest joinery company in South Africa today.
From 2000 Swartland Properties started to invest in property outside Swartland Boudienste’s needs. Currently we have 117 000 m² industrial space, 19 000 m² office space and owns a company that have a retail property in Germany.
